Personalisation
Option to personalise your bag, you can add a name, a birth date, a quote or even make it a memorial bag and add life span date. There is a maximum of 30 characters, if you need more please contact me to discuss your options.
The personalised colour will be the same as the image.
Given the bag is 100% cotton, washing on normal cycle is not recommended as it may cause the bag to shrink. If it does need to be washed, cold hand wash is the best option.

All bags are shipped using economy air freight, which does not include shipping. If you want it quicker or with tracking select one of the shipping upgrade options

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Frequently Asked Questions
Custom and personalised orders
Personalisation of keychains and bracelets is possible, with additional costs.
Keychains can have an additional charm added and stamped with name or engraved.
Bracelet charms can be engraved, they are generally too small for stamping.
Colours can be amended to suit your taste, just contact me to discuss.
Processing time
The nominated processing time stated in the listing is the time required to process the items, not the shipping time. Shipping time frames are as suggested in the shipping section of the shop
